“It was with deep sorrow and indignation that we here in Ethiopia heard of the tragedy caused by the vicious and barbaric act of terrorism aimed at the people of the United States. No words would be adequate to express our anger over this senseless terrorist act.
In these days of sorrow, allow me Excellency, on behalf of the Peoples and Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and that of my own, to express our condolences and solidarity to you and, through you, to the people and government of the United States of America.”
